1502 is a brand founded by Nicaraguan tobacco company Global Premium Cigars in 2011 by cigar master Enrique Sanchez, producing cigars to the highest quality standards. 1502 cigars go through very meticulous steps from cultivating tobacco seedlings, maturing and harvesting, to fermentation and aging. The brand name comes from the proud Nicaraguan tradition and roots of the company, paying tribute to the year Christopher Columbus discovered Nicaragua. All series are rolled at the famous Palassen cigar factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, known for their unique flavor characteristics.
