The My Father Connecticut is the first in the line to use an Ecuadorian Connecticut seed wrapper. While this blend is considered milder than the rest of the My Father line, the cigar packs a full flavor and has a mild-medium strength. Made up of a Connecticut seed wrapper grown in Ecuador, a Corojo '99 binder from Nicaragua, and Nicaraguan filler leaves of both Habano and Criollo, all of which are grown on Garcia's Nicaraguan farm. Unlike most cigars that use Connecticut wrappers, one of the tobaccos used in this blend undergoes a special fermentation process and is aged for three years to enhance aroma and flavor.
