Macanudo
Macanudo "(meaning" exquisite premium ") was founded in 1969 and was acquired by General Cigar Company in 1971. It is one of the best-selling premium brands in the United States. In 2000, production was transferred to the Dominican Republic. Since 1968, all McNudou cigars have been hand rolled, primarily using Dominican tobacco, and aged in rum barrels for up to two years. The smooth and rounded taste has received unanimous praise.
